Edinburgh III

We had a bit of time before heading off for our day trip west. The Edinburg Castle was off the itenerary as it was booked up for much of the day. We decided to add Stirling Castle after we got done in Falkirk as they are on the same line .

On the walk to the train station we got to see a few more landmarks.
A monument to Sir Walter Scott.
And a statue of Jonathan Livingston.
I found this shot of the entrance to the train station interesting.
And the rear view mirrors on the buses look like antenna.
We hopped a quick train to Falkirk.

Note the trains here are very accommodating to everyone. The bike even has its own seatbelt (which was long enough to hold a second one that came on board later.)
Should be in Falkirk by middle morning.
